Arctic builds an automated script-to-video pipeline.
A one-person studio in Japan. The pipeline, run with Claude Code, turns a researched script into a finished YouTube video: narration, camera moves over source images, captions, and automated quality checks before rendering.

How it works
Every video goes through the same seven steps, in this order.

A person always makes the decision to publish. The pipeline never sets a video public on its own.
Where Claude fits
Claude Code is the core. It writes and reviews scripts, checks facts, generates scene files, and runs the rendering and QA scripts.
Independent Claude reviewers score each script and each rendered video before anything is published.
Proof: our own channel
The pipeline produces フクロウ教授の名画事件簿, a Japanese-language channel about the stories behind well-known paintings. It publishes Shorts of about a minute and long-form videos of up to 19 minutes.
